Have fun boating and fishing, take advantage of easy access to Starved Rock State Park, Wildlife Prairie Park, golf courses, and much more!

Enjoy a spectacular view of the Illinois River from your living room in our river-front rental units four seasons a year. Watch bald eagles fish on a winter day right from your window. In the summer, watch gray herons fish on our beach.

Hunt for ducks during the hunting season, and stay at Steamboat Landing for The Illinois State Morel Mushroom Hunting Championship and Spongy Fungi Festival.

Be our guest and explore the abundance of antique shops in Henry, Princeton, Chillicothe, and Peru, IL. During the Fourth of July weekend our private beach is the best spot from which to watch Henry’s annual fireworks display. Our beach is also known as the best fishing spot on the Illinois River. On a hot day, you can swim in the river or take advantage of the public pool next-door.

If you are a boater, you can arrive by boat: our docks are equipped with electric outlets and fresh water hoses. Or rent one of our cruiser boats for a day on the river. Take our houseboat for an overnight trip with your family or friends.
